A theatre graduate of the University of Memphis, she began her career in radio at WHER—America’s first all-women’s station—along with television and stage roles.
As the wife of U.S. Navy Captain Roy Cash, Billie spent three decades navigating military life, developing motivational workshops that reached audiences across the U.S., the British Isles, and the Dominican Republic.
A sought-after retreat speaker, she shares biblical insight with authenticity and humor. Billie has authored six inspiring books she calls “signposts” for Christian living and continues to mentor others through prayer and writing.
She and Roy live in Collierville, Tennessee, and are the proud parents of two children, with twelve grandchildren and six great-grand-children forming the legacy of her joy.
